PLURIDISCIPLINAR PROJECT

Imagen
As our project was based on a minimalist presentation, we decided to do the cover same way, just showing the most important elements to sum up the story we represented in class by playing theater and active art. Here I also attach you the storyboard we designed as the structure of our performance and the final result we got from decoration and the experience result offered in the show.   Our performance consisted on recreating an inner dialogue of a child that was going to an amusement park, and just spoke out all their emotions while the day was passing. The ropes used were the emotions and their position represented the predominance of that feeling in the child, so to understand the pikes we draw the situations they were going through at the moment.

DESIGN III - "Landart"

Imagen
LAND ART This is what I created within my interaction with nature. WHICH WAS MY INSPIRATION?  I was inspired by the movie "My teacher octopus"   in  one of the scenes, where the octopus thus to protect themselves uses shells and other natural elements from the ocean to make a camouflage dress. They must just think its a way of surviving, but if you stare for more than two seconds you can see similarities with ancient vessels drowned within the ships of other eras. WHICH IS MY INTERACTION?  So my interaction with nature in this work of art was what elements to choose thus to have as a result the fusion of an octopus and natural elements that could be seen with the same beauty as an ancient vessel.  I decided to play with the red color to highlight the animal's legs, and with white and black thus to simulate the old version of how you could see movies in television.

MUSEUM WORK and EXTRA VISIT

Imagen
Here I upload the link for you to check to work we did about a museum we visited, in this case the museum MACBA from Barcelona. Also I have to say, in this visit we decided to take advantage of our time and just work on the institution and its educational department, and we also went to an exposition we liked as the extra visit we had to do. Hope you enjoy it! MUSEUM WORK PROJECT CANVAS MUSEUM WORK As we know the most important part of the projects were the investigation of the education department, and the educational proposal to think as an improvement of the institution, we let you here the screenshots of the presentation.

ARTISTS RESEARCH - "Education on arts"

Imagen
The next assignment consists of research made from four educational proposals. W hich all of them according to my point of view have lots of benefits for children’s development. 1 - CREATIVITY This first proposal is done to work on creativity. In this case, these are related to education in nature, and to education in art.  From the webpage "The house of imagination" I found out two project, here I attach the slogan of the first one, and a brief review of the second one. 5x5x5=creativity is an independent arts-based action research organization that supports children in their exploration and expression of ideas, helping them develop creative skills for life. It is located in Bath, UK. I do think this research empowers arts as a great subject matter to develop and integrate into children's lives, thus to be able to get to know themselves better and later on, be successful, efficient human beings, as they have got the opportunity to work on themselves before working for any

CAIXAFORUM II - "Vampire exposition"

Imagen
The vampire represents the political enemy, who dominates the economy and exploits, but also represents the innumerable: sex, lust, the vampire prevents that lightening of sexual fullness. Dracula was the first famous character representing such characteristics, immortal and without reflection. He represents the tensions of the late 19th century, Victorian morality versus feminism or poverty versus scientific advances. And it is in this exhibition that we see his posture evolve through film and art. Critical reflection on the exhibition space The rooms of this exhibition were divided according to the subject matter and the chronological moment, thus seeing the advance and impact of this character in history. The lights of the place were rather dark so to speak, highlighting the colors red, black and a not very bright white. As resources the exhibition had photos, videos, pictures, objects, clothing, among others. The typography used was large and pointed, on the other hand the accompa

DESIGN II - "Domesticated nature"

Imagen
So when the teacher said we had to look for blended nature within our urbanity, I wasn't convinced about the campus views to draw. So I found this picture! The message I got from here is that even we wanted we could never figure out how many trees we killed with all the buildings we have right now. So at least, with this little girl, we could have as a reminder to start taking care of the little nature around us. This is my result, the first time I used pastries.

DESIGN I - "Hybrid"

Imagen
Before creating my hybrid. I decided to check the material uploaded in the campus and this could be a summary of what I saw. CHEMA MADOZ “Visual poetry”   Click here if you want to check who chema madoz is! JAVIER JAÉN He starts searching the definition of the basic concepts he wants to base his artworks. An artist is being a translator, transforming of abstract ideas into images.   When you start an artwork, you shouldn’t be worrying if it’s funny or not, just create. “Sergi Oligliotti, life is too short to be doing the same thing” We should play with contrasted ideas, opposite ideas to then have an impact, thus to have a paradoxical results. Creating for a personal revolution is the clue. And this was my hybrid. Inspired by my grandfather who always played riddles with me.
